Help with steering column, ignition rack 92 caprice
i need to know how to pull that locking plate off because my ignition rack has a linkage disconnected so i need to get down to it please help
and yes it is tilt

A steering wheel lock plate removal tool is required so you can depress the lock plate and remove the snap ring.
