When activated, pump spurts out a little water about every 2 seconds but even with hoses off it only goes about 3 inches. Pump is not located on reservoir. It looks like it is attached to wiper motor but did not take the cover off. Do I have to replace then entire wiper motor? Do I have to take the wiper motor out to get at pump?Thanks
