Default 2013 Captiva shutdown - any real solution?

Last week my 2013 Captiva with 64,000 miles had a complete shutdown. I had parked at a client's house, and after a 20 minute appointment, I got back in my car and had absolutely no power. Key would turn in the ignition, but wouldn't start. No lights, no dash, nothing. I called AAA to come tow me out of my client's driveway. (How embarrassing!!!) As I waited, for no particular reason, I pressed my driver seat power button, and everything sprung to life! The car started with a turn of the key like nothing ever happened. Of course, now I feel like I'm driving a ticking time bomb. When will it happen again? Will it start if I press the seat button again? I'm always afraid the next time I try to start the car, it won't, and once again I'll have to call for a tow. I know others have had this same problem. Has there been any real resolution?
