Default Dead Captiva

Last week, I had the service traction control, service Stabilitrak, and engine power reduced messages. I limped the two miles from town to my drive way. pulled in the drive and the car died. WIll crank, but not start. I had codes P0016 and P0089. Following advice from several forums, I replaced both camshaft position sensors and the crankshaft position sensor. I ensured Throttle body plate was clean. Still cranks, but will not start. any other ideas?

Did you leave the key in on position without crank, or remove the battery cable for 10 minutes?

I did not try that. I had the battery disconnected for a while when I removed the starter to get to the crank sensor, but not after everything was put back together. Just for my own knowledge, what does that do?
