Default 2013 Captiva Transmission Cooler Line Leak

I noticed some oil on the driveway and it appears to be coming from where the trans oil lines connect to to the radiator. This happens most of the time when parking as soon as the car is shut off. Is this a common problem, and does the whole pipe connector need to be replaced? I noticed that there's a quick connect but it looks like just a retaining clip. Are the seals part of the larger connector?
Thanks.
