My lift gate in my 2014 Chevy Captiva will not open, almost like it will not unlock. In fact, nothing on the lift gate works anymore. The window wiper or the window wash doesn't work.
Tried to replace the black box and that did not work.
I can manually open the lift gate.
HELP!

Wonder if maybe the ground has been disconnected from the liftgate.
