Default Captiva 2007 ECU

Hey guys, I'm new on this forum and I'm curious about your Captivas ecu's. Is it "weak spot" for this car and it breaks often? Kinda interested about your experiences with that problem
I have mine captiva 2007 with 2l 127hp engine and ecu died. And in service they saying "sell this car when we fix this cause it's a weak spot for this car". And i don't want to sell car cause i like it

Considering you like this car and feel it is worth repairing, I would suggest you check around for places that repair Malfunctioning ECU s . They would most likely be aware of the constant problem and just might be able to permanently correct it.
Will check, had the name of a place on the west coast that did this type work, hopefully I will be able to locate it and pass it on to you.

Thank you, but don't need it, because I'm not from USA. Just wanted to hear some other opinion/experiences about that
