I have been experiencing what seems to be an electrical problem with my 2012 Chevy Captiva. The radio sounds like it's shorting out, it will make a static noise and then go off and on. All the sensor lights go on and the car at times will completely lock it won't start and the key will stay stuck in the ignition. At times it will start up after 30 minutes but just recently it didn't start at all. I've read several stories similar to mine how come chevy hasn't recalled this car for this issue. It's very unsafe!
