My suv seems like it's missing, but actually the trans is not clutching/releasing at stoplights. It lurches and bucks like it is going to stall out. Put in it neutral and all's well. Anyone else experience this?

 

Your torque converter lock up isn’t disengaging, my thrills old trans did that. Need a new converter or tcc pwm solenoid.
