02 Cavy Power mirrors?

02 Cavy Power mirrors?
I was looking into replacement mirrors on my 02 sedan, knowing that the driver's side is power, I understand the wiring coming out of the mirror.
The passenger side mirror has spawned 2 questions now tho...
1: Why does the passenger mirror have wires coming out of it if it's manual?
2: Does anybody have a LS sedan with dual power mirrors?
2B: where's the mirror control switch go if you have dual power mirrors?
