1991 RS project car
Hello, I am looking for a thread to address the left-side rear undercarriage where the trailing arm and spring mount are. It is HEAVILY rusted and would like some suggestions. If there is already a thread on this I apologize, I am new to this forum. Thanks

An effective way to protect the undercarriage of your car is to get an oil, wax or tar-based coating. Such coatings act as a barrier and keep out rust-causing salt, moisture, and dirt. Atomized oil sprays are used widely today to undercoat the underside of most cars. you can use something like 3M Dynatron Dyna-Pro paintable rubberized undercoating or even Rust-Oleum.
