Default 1998 2.2 cavalier cooling help needed

car gets hot I replaced the water pump, thermostat, temp sensor, radiator is not plugged, pressure tested the cooling system ok . Coolant does not seem to want to flow through the radiator, What could the issue be I’m stumped

bypass the heater core and see what happens. these cars were notorious for blocked heater cores causing an overheat condition.

Default I can try that

the heater for seems to be the only thing cooling the engin and it blows heat quite nicely

i know its sounds crazy but don't discount it. If you don't get good flow thru the core on this model you'll overheat. go over to jbody.org which is a cav forum. there will be people who have replaced everything and finally fix it with a heater core.
