I have a 1998 cavalier z24 I'm having issues with the some of the warning lights staying on and off and the radio sometimes goes off and on , trying to figure out the problem even bought a new PCM to install but when I tried that after the relearn process the car won't start so I reinstalled the old one and it run's great but the warning lights are still on and issues with the radio lookig for some tips for this issue Thanks

You need a tech for this one. Perhaps, assuming you have an automatic the TCU is an issue?
