I don't know of it could be air in the lines I cycled the key a few times to push the gas to the motor and it still don't make a difference fuel pump sounds like it kicks on when I turn the key on don't think it's that but is there a easy way to get at it with out dropping the gas tank?

Do a pressure check on the fuel system. What was that black liquid coming out of the fuel line? That could also be a part of your problem.

Have you tried using Heet? It may absorb the condensation in your fuel and get your car running
