what can i do about engine rattle/tapping..."lifter"?? Is that fixable?

 

Can anyone help me with a pulsing idle. It must be a vacume line. I have changed all the vacume line i can get to. Changed idle control motor. Changed the map sensor. Changed the throttle posstion sensor. What next???
