Hi my brothers fuel pump in his cavalier will not turn on at all. I did some troublehsooting yesterday and still have not found the problem. I first checked the voltage. I have 12 volts at the fuze, 12 at the relay, 12 at the harness under the seat, and then 12 at the connecter the plugs into the fuel pump. Still though when i plug the fuel pump in, it will not start up. The relays are all clicking so they are good. I know the fuel pump is good, i ran a direct 12V line to pins B and C on the connector and it powered right up. Any other problems that could cause this? From research, i found that the car may be in theft mode, and that was the next thing i was going to try. Other than that though, i am stuck. Any help would be great, thanks.
