To start off its a 2002 caviler
It was running fine I got home I parked the car and noticed something the headlights and dash lights would dim and get brighter and repeat itself I ignored it went inside about an hour later I came out side and tried to start it

The car will crank all day but won't start
I sprayed some starter fluid and it turned on for a seconded but died I'm ruling out the battery because I tried to start it with a new battery no luck
I know the key is not chipped but it started somehow with a cut key the guy I got it off brought it somewhere like ace
I don't know if I tripped the anti theft there's no anti theft light lit on the dash the only
Ought is over the radio and that just blinks red
I don't really want to dump the money on parts or have it towed to a mechanic I might over the weekend change out the position crank sensor first than if no luck the fuel pump
I checked the fuel pumped relay I just swapped it with the ac relay and no luck but I wasn't 100% sure both the fuses were good until I get a fuse tester tommrow
Any thoughts
Also I might add I did try the 10 minute bypass with no luck so still unsure of its anti theft
