Trying to help my son with his car, a 2003 Cavelier. When the turn signal was turned on the whole dash would flash and make a buzzing noize as it flashed. We changed the turn signal relay but now it blows the fuse. The hazards work as do the running lights. never came across something like this. What would cause the signals to affect the whole dash.?

 

Welcome from Florida. It appears you have short somewhere. The trick is to find it. Put the old relay/flasher back in and see if it goes back to the old problem.
