Hello new to this forum and having an issue with my 2005 cavalier that we have owned for 5 years. Have replaced the fuel pump and timing belt in it’s life. Our car left us stranded at the grocery store, my blue driver code reader picked up code u1016( loss connection with pcm, picked one up from pick and pull and still no luck as pcm has to be reprogrammed. Now when I scan with old pcm or one from wrecker I have check engine light on and when scan comes up with no codes now! Not sure where to go with this now.
