The drivers side seat belt is jammed in the retracted position. I removed the molding and sprayed cleaner in it several times and it didn't seem to help. I watched several videos on you tube on how to unstick it. But I'm not sure! I could use some info if it can be unstuck or if it has to be replaced? I would appreciate some advice.
