1986 Chevy Cavalier: starts on warm days not on cold days (32-60's degree). When the sun has warmed up the hood a while it starts and runs good with good compression going up hills.
New plugs/distributor. Today with a new EverStart Maxx battery (825 amps) it cranked fine but wouldn't turn-over (outside temp. was 50-60 degrees). It started with "starting ether" though and ran fine without stalling.
Trying to get this running for a friend who has no car to get to work.
Any advise is REALLY appreciated before I spend more money on it for her. (2.liter,4 cyl, sedan, CS). Thanks.
