96 Cav HO2S oxygen sensor bank failure

96 Cav HO2S oxygen sensor bank failure
96 Cav 2.4 66000mi
I just had an oil change and the brakes done on this car and the next morning I started the car and the ETS and CEL came on. Its been on ever since. I took it to Autozone and the diagonstic punched out
HO2S 12 Heater condition
Heated Oxygen Sensor Bank 1 and Sensor 2
P0141
I'm not sure if I can replace this myself but I'm assuming this is a different part than the oxygen sensor itself.
any help would be appreciated.
