Default 97 Cavalier p0300 headache

I've got a 97 Cavalier with a 2.2. Has a p0300 (random multiple misfire) code I've checked compression, spark plugs(also sand blasted them), wires, swapped injectors, swapped coil packs, fuel pressure regulator, cam sensor And no dice.. I also took the plugs out and cylinder 1&2 are black and dry but cylinder 3&4 are perfect which doesn't make sense due to the firing order. I'm leaning toward ignition control module or fuel delivery weather it be clogged filter or fuel pump dying a slow death.. any input would be great
