OK I have had a intermediate ABS light coming off and on for about 3 weeks now. It was on about 7 months ago and after a week it went away and was good for a long time. Now it is coming off and on again. So I started shaking wires and noticed that the master cylinder sensor plugs looked twisted, so I shook it and moved the wire around a little bit turned the car off and on the light went way for about an hour came back on. So I shook it again and it went off again. I have two questions about this can having a bad sensor wire connector,or bad sensor cause the ABS light to come on. Also I haven't heard any grinding or anything thing but can the brake pads or shoes being worn cause the ABS light to come on? I know it can be one of the wheel sensors going bad,it just strike me as odd how it keeps coming off and on like this. I hear no wheel or hub problem. Thanks in advance
