Hi Bo,
I need to pick your brain on this one. Same 76 chevy van, speedometer cable goes into the tranny.
It had an o-ring in it that failed. I've tried rubber, along with neoprene, and teflon tape on the threads.
This had been a constant source of leakage forever.
The dealer laughs almost out loud.
Any thoughts?
