Default AC compressor working, but no cold air

2004 Cavalier ecotec.

The ac doesn't blow cold anymore, or even remotely cold. I bought the 134a refill kit from autozone, I go to put the gauge on and its maxed out (150psi?) while the car is running, and compressor is engaged.

Is this a sign of a bad compressor?

its kinda hard to diagnose with only low side readings.

150psi on the low side is pretty high.

what is a static reading after the system is off for say 10minutes? report the ambient temperature when you took the reading.
