Blinkers not working

Blinkers not working
Hi there I'm having problems with my blinkers On a 93 cavalier I replaced the fuses and the blinker relay and they still don't work the 4 ways work fine and on most other cars you use to be able to manually blink the signals but nothing happens at all no lights </P>
if you have any suggestions that would be great</P>

I have the same problem with my 1992 lumina. If you found a solution, could you please relay fix info to me? Thank you for reading. Am new member so if i missed any protacol, please forgive.
