I'm Dave n AR. I just bought a 97 cavalier 2.2l 4d automatic. Can n e 1 stear me right? I'm pretty bright mechanic, n I know I dnt knw it all. C, told ya I'm bright! here's the problem. It dnt start! Got n e ting yet? Well fuel pump is running, havn't checked psi yet thgh. Dnt tink injectors r working, havnt checked em. Fuel is gettin 2 rail but not cylinder.Spark is good! Ouch. Plugs are dry, Not getting fuel I tink. When i hit it w/ a Lil startn fluid, nothing!Pulled plug added start fluid replaced plug, turned key n a Lil mo fluid. Not even a sputter, maybe a sput. When I bought it their was a old tumbler n cup holder??? Could it b pass key BS? Or ICM? Or????? Help!

Are you getting spark at the plugs ?Take a wire off and see if it jumps a spark to the block .

 

I got spark! Got 47lbs fuel! Dnt tink I got injection! How kn I test injectors pulse?
