Chevy Cavalier Trunk Lock

Hello friends,

I have 2003 Chevy Cavalier. Trunk wont latch. I have to slam very hard to lock it. Anyone knows what could be wrong? and how to replace it?

Metal stick

I had to take kinda big metal stick, and pull out latch thing little bit so that when I shut trunk it can latch easy.
