Default cobalt ss engine in a 2000 cavalier z24

would a 05 2.0L supercgarged cobalt ss engine fit in my 2000 chevy cavalier z24 2.4L DOHC?

Physically, yes. You'll need the drivetrain.

its probably easyer and way cheaper to just put a turbo or supercharger kit on on the 2.4L and it will look alot cooler. the stock non supercharged cobalt engine has about the same HP as the Z24. and u dont want to have those stupid plastic covers over the engine that the cobalt has.

all cavalier except for the non eco 2.2 liter engines have superchargers made for them. the 2.2Liter non eco is meant to be turbo'd. realistically if u want a really good engine in your car put the 03 ecotec in your cavi that the BEST cavi engine your can have
