The passenger window won't roll up. How do I take the door panel off to access the window?

there are 2 screws that hold the arm rest and door handle on these are both Philips head, once you have removed those, you will need to remove the plastic trim pieces for the handle, now just using a Panel Removal Tool you will need to remove the 12 to 14 mounting plastic clips around the panel. You will need to insert the removal tool around the edge of the door panel between it and the door metal and gental pry the clips from there holes. Once complete removal the panel as 1 piece.

If you doors have never been serviced before you may find a white or black sheet of plastic film behind it, this is just a water bearer and can be removed with just a little care. You should now have access to the Windows Motor / Accuator and Glass.
