Extreme vibration
My 02 Cavalier vibrates violently when heater fan is turned on. It doesnt always do it but when it does the whole car shakes bad & it is very loud. When I get up to the speed of about 38mph it stops. Also decelerating causes it to start again when I get below a certain speed. Never have seen or heard of this before. What is going on ?

See if the headlights dim at the same time. If so, your alternator might not be able to keep up.
