I inherited a 1997 Cavalier from my Grandmother. It has very few bells/whistles. It still has the original factory headlights. Which are terrible. I had a long drive through a lot of dark mountainous winding roads last week. It. Was. Not. Fun! I checked the headlight switch multiple times as I do on a nightly basis. The things never look to be on.

Can anyone tell me my options for changing these? Assume that I can maybe just get a bulb that may be brighter? Don’t want to spend a lot but want to be able to see where I’m going without having to rely on the huge truck behind me that is shining his so bright that they go through my windshield lighting up the road better than my own!
