Some potentials that it could be: A: Timing jumped, the 2.2 has a chain assembly that is horrible! I just swapped an engine because mine blew up thanks to a timing chain. Or you may have torque convertor problem with the transmission, those would be two things I would check.

I just thought of what it could potentially be, It wasn't an 02 sensor that was replaced was it? (aka oxygen sensor..) they run around 30 I believe and do cause those similar problems.

My first thought was the cat converter too, sounds like it might be clogged. Put your hand by the tail pipe to see if you good flow coming out. To the guy who got o2 sensors for 30, were you get them my car threw a code for the sensors a while back and they wanted over 100 a piece for the two. I think even the universal 02 sensors were atleast 60-70 a piece.

Having bucking issues mostly at highway speed but also in town It comes and goes Today it would not start, sounded like it was flooded, after it started a short warm up all was fine The major bucking seems to start after about 300 sustained highway miles HELP We had it checked out and no codes Also the fuel gauge moves up and down while it stuttering during warm up
