Default Horn
I have a 97 rs cavalier sedan. The horn blows but you can’t really hear so before I start replacing things what could it possibly be that is causing the horn to blow the way it does?

if you have full battery voltage to the horn when the horn botton is pushed and a good ground....the horn is faulty.

the horn maybe be case grounded if only one wire.
