I just bought an 02 Cavalier and my horn has been on the fritz sometimes it work sometimes it doesn't sometimes i have to hit a certain spot on the steering wheel for it to work today its not working at all and i need a functioning horn to pass my vehicle inspecttion. I talk to a mechanic and he told me to check the black wire that is attached to the grey connector on the steeringcolumn and ground it to see if that was the problem i did all that and it still doesn't work what else can i check to fix it?
