low voltage on some circuits
1996 Cavalier, (2.2, auto) stalled wouldn't fire up shortly after refuel. No fuel pump, no spark. I found voltage to be only 1.18 at the cabin fuses for the whole two (most forward) rows of ciicuits, this includes a PCM fuse and an alarm fuse. I assume there is a wiring issue, corrosion, somewhere causing low voltage. I will look at the computer (right front fender area I believe) and I read under the battery there's a problem area too. Thoughts?

Yep, ignitiion switch.
took cowling off ignition, put key on and starting beating on the switch (where the wires connect, the left side of the column for those playing at home, right by the lever for tiltiing the wheel), suddenly had CEL and she ran. Ordering new switch.
