My wonderful little black car has a "cracked head gasket". .I am thinking of selling her to someone that needs parts. I don't know how this happened. I had a new water pump & thermostat put on her in Oct. '06 & had the pressures checked on the head gaskets (they put a machine on each thing & checked the pressure, which showed good---I watched). I think the thermostat went bad last week cause it showed"hot" & the car was not hot but I had her towed home anyway. Changed the thermo. again and she drove well for a couple of days& then the water light came on & there was water everywhere. I sent her to the shop.

Any suggestions? Should I getgood refurbished motor for her?
