Default No crank

My 04 suddenly won't try to crank. New starter and battery. My scanner won't communicate. When I try to start car the odometer says error. All fuses and relays are good. Any ideas. I did move shifter to neutral and back to park a few times with no change. Thanks.

Did you try to crank it with the shifter in neutral?

Yes I did. I can jump the starter and it will crank but won't start. Ran fine when I parked it and the next day it had this problem. I'm wondering if the ecm died.

Ok, if it where me, chock the wheels, key to on, then jump starter, see if it will.
