94 Cav have no headlights,dome light, dash lights,electric locks. turn signals work and car starts and runs fine. Is this a computer problem?

 

Welcome to the forum...
with a 94... I don't think its computer related I would check all fuses and relays, check the light switch for the head lights as all those items go thru that switch except for the locks....
I suspect you have a bad connection somewhere in the wiring or bad relay(s)

 

what relays would you check and where are they

 

Usually on the side of the dash or under the steering wheel. Sometimes there is also a relay box under the hood.
