Default P0507 Puzzle Masterpiece

Idle control system has excessively high RPM.
Hi gearheads...I have something here that's made me wanna pull my hair out.
As you can tell by the title, the 2004 Cavalier is throwing a P0507 code.I will give a list of everything thing I've tried...
Changed the idle air control sencor
Changed the throttle body sencor
Changed coolant temperature sencor
Tried new MAP sencor...wasn't the problem. So, I. put the old one back in.
Changed the throttle body (Used)
Cleaned throttle body completely
Had fuel injectors tested. (They tested ok)
Performed smoke test. (No leaks)
Changed the idle air control sencor connecter.

I have a 2.2l ecotec. I wanted to take care of this myself but I'm running low on patience. I'm hoping someone has had this problem as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I had a smoke test performed. Would that not show a leak ?

Usually, but not always, Might be some bad wiring to the IAC or even an issue with the PCM,

After I cleaned the throttle body, I installed a new gasket and put the throttle body back on. I heard the computer has to relearn the throttle body if it was removed. Is that true ?

Technically yes, but its only a few seconds. Nothing to worry about at all. The issue you have is not related. I'd put a vacuum gauge on it and see what it says. Yeah, its old-school, but it still works. If you do let me know what the readout and any fluctuations.
