Mr. Google says: push seat rearwards to unlatch, then lift up and out. Not happening. Pushed as hard as I can, tried hitting base of seat in rearward direction with heavy mallet, finally put a long 2 x 4 between the door jams and used the car jack to force the seat rearwards.... not happening. Any tips?

 

i put one foot on the floor in front of the back seat and use my shin/knee to help wedge my hand back against the seat...push cushion down then back and then pull up.

 

Thanks, thinking of cutting hole in floor for fuel pump access....
