Default shocks and support

I have a 2005 cav, i took it to the shop the other day and had them check the suspension. They said i need new shocks and supports, but when i went on the napa and autozone websites to look for shocks and supports, it was kind of mindboggling.

what exactly should i be looking for, i need them for the front and the back. i want to make sure i get the right ones. i'm currently in italy, so i'll have to have them shipped over and i'd hate to find out i got the wrong ones. thanks in advance
