Default Spray Seafoam in Cavalier?

Does anyone know got to put spray Seafoam in the intake? The directions say to put the nozzle next to the throttle body but also says not to put it next to the sensor. I’ve seen and hear people putting it in all the other places like the vacuum line, motor oil thing, and gas tanks. But I’m just not sure

Seafoam gas tank additive is for cleaning injectors. The spray will work fine for intake valves. It will not damage your TPS nor your MAP sensor, Just try to get as close to the TB and spray away while hot at 2500 RPM. Let it heat soak for an hour. Save some for later on.

I know you don't have GDI but the principle is the same. If you are using throttle body spray, you won't need to do what I recommend next, as TB cleaner is not the same..

Take it out somewhere safe where you can hit the throttle hard, then do so safely. Good straight dry, non-dusty country roads with no vehicles are good for this.

WOT to blast the carbon out. I did this with my old 98 K-1500 6 months ago. I'd stop, shoot some more intake system spray down it, Then WOT again. Really did blow some intake crap out for sure. It was working fine but obviously it was not that clean, else not much have happened through the exhaust pipe or slight power/mileage gain.

What year is your Cav anyhow? Is it a 2.2 or 2.4 liter?
