Default Ways to increase Horsepower
What are some of the best ways to increase horsepower and torque on a 1998 2.2 Cavalier. I have an obx exhaust system with headers already.

Cold air intake, Turbo, Nos, power chip, high proformance spark plugs and hot wires, or just get your engine bored out.
