99 suburban starting problems

Default 99 suburban starting problems
I replaced the lower intake gasket and put it all back together but now it won't start but it is getting fuel and has spark. What could be the problem?:c onfused:

What do the plugs look like if you're getting spark?

they have some carbon build up.
