So my dad just said I could have his 70 Chevelle. Now I just have to get it started. It's been parked for at least 10 years. When he parked it was running just fine. It has a 402 & Turbo 400. I know I'm gonna change the oil, spark plugs, wires and dump the fuel tank and buy a new battery, but what else do I need to do so it's running and drives fine

 

Spray oil into the spark plug holes and turn the motor over slowly to get things lubed. You should also clean or rebuild the carb as the gas sitting in there for 10 years probably turned to gum ang clogged things up.
