of adjustment at that point. The idle screw comes away from the cam at that speed. The solenoid kickdown also has been adjusted so it no longer touches the idle cam. The timing is set at 8BTDC- factory. I've seen this before, but can't remember how to fix it.

Might be you need to back the idle screw off a little, roll the cam to the next lobe, and set from there, why I'm asking for an image.
