had a 66 chevelle SS in high school (grad. 1977) and then had a 67 Elcamino , Joined navy and bought a 69 chevelle . after navy I bought a 71 chevelle. I am starting to think chevelle runs thru me veins

could be but the newer chevelles dont have the same VIBE , but I do have a 66 C10 yea, it aint same thing , and these newer camaros wont do either, since they bigger than me ole chevelles LOL , Camaro's used to be PONY CARS and Chevelle's were the MUSCLE CARS

 

The older Chevelle's are still available. They cost a lot more than they did in 1966, but are still out there for sale.

 

I bought my 66 chevelle for $250.00 in 1976 while a junior or senior in high school (I don't recall exact date ) But I do remember cruising Noland road and going to KCIR to drag race on grudge nights , or street race at Lake City Flats
