Cool adding value

I recently bought a 1985 El Camino. It is a base model no power windows or air condition. The last owner restored it about 10 years ago. and did a yellow repaint. I love the way it looks and there is no rust anywhere.
My question is the car worth changing the 305 low powered V8 to another engine and will it increase the value of the car or should I sell it and get another El Camino with a better engine ??

Finding one with no rust anywhere is hard to do for a 37 year old car. You say you like the way it looks, so it goes to how much you want or need the A/C and electric windows. i don't think changing the engine will raise the value very much if at all. You can always add A/C and electric windows if you really like the car.
